Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes roughly 3–8 business days in the US (international varies by destination, typically 10–30 days). You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves production.

My order arrived in separate packages — is that normal?

Yes. Puzzles, canvases, and journals are produced at different facilities, so multi-item orders often ship separately. Each shipment gets its own tracking.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you catch it within 24 hours of ordering, usually yes — contact us immediately and we'll do our best before production locks.

Returns & Replacements

What if my order arrives damaged?

We replace damaged, defective, or misprinted items free — no return shipping, no hassle. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and a replacement goes into production. Puzzles missing pieces count; that's a defect.

Do you accept returns?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if something's genuinely wrong with what arrived, we'll make it right — see our full policy.

The Products

What are the puzzles like?

Premium chipboard with a crisp matte finish, die-cut pieces, full reference art on the box. Most designs come in 1000 or 500 pieces; some drops offer 96 to 1000 so you can pick your difficulty.

And the canvas prints?

Gallery-wrapped on solid wood frames with the image bleeding to the edge — no white border. They arrive ready to hang.

The journals?

Hardcover with lay-flat binding and ruled pages, full-bleed cover art. Built to be used, not displayed.

Are these original designs?

Yes. Every Scattercrate piece comes from one original artwork — curated and refined by a human with strong opinions, then released as a small product family. We document the process on the blog.
