Production Time

Every Scattercrate product is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time & Rates

Estimated delivery after production: United States 3–8 business days, Canada 5–12 business days, International 10–20 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different production facilities.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, and high-demand periods can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking stops updating, email scattercrate@gmail.com and we will investigate.

Lost Packages

Packages with no tracking movement for an extended period are treated as lost. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a free replacement or full refund.
