Every Scattercrate piece is made to order by our print production partners. That means no warehouses and no waste — and a short production window before your order ships.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- US shipping: 3–8 business days after production
- Canada & international: typically 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different facilities — each with its own tracking. International orders may be subject to import duties set by your country; these are the recipient's responsibility.
Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before production.
Returns & Replacements
Because each item is produced on demand specifically for your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — including puzzles with missing pieces — we'll replace it free of charge. Just send us a message with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. No need to ship anything back.
If a package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 15+ days domestically or 30+ days internationally), contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund the order.
