Every Scattercrate piece is made to order by our print production partners. That means no warehouses and no waste — and a short production window before your order ships.
- Production: 2–7 business days
- US shipping: 3–8 business days after production
- Canada: 5–12 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different facilities — each with its own tracking. International orders may be subject to import duties set by your country; these are the recipient's responsibility.
Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before production.

Returns & Replacements
Because each item is produced on demand specifically for your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — including puzzles with missing pieces — we'll provide a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Just send us a message with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. No need to ship anything back.
If your tracking shows no movement or your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
