Refund policy
Every Scattercrate item — canvas art, journals, and puzzles — is printed and made to order just for you. Because each piece is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (wrong choice, changed your mind, etc.). However, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we make.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
To file a claim: email us at scattercrate@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (the product and, if relevant, the packaging).
We review claims within 1–2 business days. Approved replacements ship at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your address before ordering.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement or your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
